Detoxing on your own can be pretty hard. Here
are some pointers that might make it easier for
you:
•Eat crackers and dry toast if you're feeling sick
to your stomach.
•Change your clothes often if you are sweating lots.
•Try and detox in a place that is quiet and dark
and where you feel safe.
•Take hot baths when your bones are aching.
•If you have dry heaves, take Gravol if you have
it. Suppositories are the best because you can't
throw them up.
•Have somebody check in on you regularly
•Drink lots of water or other fluids (try not to
drink alcohol).
•If you have a doctor that understands what you
might be going through ask them for a prescription
to help you through withdrawal. |
